   Opening this business is a dream that has grown through my experiences. Since I was a teenager, I dreamt of helping others, and have pursued this dream the long way around. I started out as a Respiratory Therapist working at several of the hospitals in the Oklahoma City area. After working over fifteen years with outstanding doctors and nurses I expanded on that dream to become a nurse and eventually a Nurse Practitioner.

Life has been good to me blessing me with a wonderful supporting family; husband and now teenage son, who have put up with me when I was attending school and starting this business.  Along with my immediate family there is the extended family support from my mom, bonus-dad, brother, sister, and healthcare heroes that have been by my side.

So, after many sleepless nights and prayers later, I am here today with the opportunity to help others to aid in making positive changes in their health and wellbeing.
